Performance Mountain Bike Camp

At CAG we believe there is more to stepping up your riding game than just learning how to tackle that next feature.  We also see the importance in tuning your mind and body to make you a better rider overall.  That’s why we’re combining Advanced Skills Instruction with Yoga and Meditation and focused learning sessions from local Training and Nutrition specialists to create an all-in-one mountain bike training experience.  Our Performance Mountain Bike Camp is an all-inclusive weekend in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, mindfully designed for the intermediate to advanced rider who is ready to bring their mountain biking to the next level.

The 3-day, 3-night camp includes skills sessions each day with an opportunity to “take it to the trail” with our professional guides and instructors each afternoon, lodging at the High Country Lodge in Breckenridge, and meals prepared by an in-house chef.  From breakfast to bedtime, you’ll learn, ride, and talk mountain biking, with the intention of raising the bar on your personal performance.

Day 0 –

• 4pm-5:30pm Participant arrival, check-in, registration

Day 1 –

Distance:  Up to 5 miles*

Elevation Gain:  Up to 1,000 feet*

Day 2 – 

• Breakfast

• Skills Session: Advanced Skills
• Lunch
• Skills Session:  Advanced Skills
• Evening Session:  Joe Howdyshell of Summit Endurance Academy
  • Topic:  Training to be a Badass

Distance:  Up to 10 miles*

Elevation:  Up to 2000 feet*

Day 3 – 

• Breakfast
• Morning Stretch, Yoga, Focus Session
• Skills Session: Applying Advanced Skills
• Lunch
• Take it to the trail!  Half-Day Guided Ride

Distance:  Up to 20 miles*

Elevation:  Up to 4,500 feet*

*Riders will be split into smaller groups based on ability and fitness to reduce trail crowding and keep the flow.
