Depending on timing, all of our hikes will feature Colorado wildflowers. However, some hikes are better than others for the flower lover. If you want to focus your adventure on meadows of Colorado Columbine, Scarlett Paintbrushes, Alpine Sunflowers, Elephant Flowers and Bellflowers, and more, then we know a few little special stashes. Bring your camera and your wildflower identifier and you’ll be sure to fill a memory card with colorful photos and memories! No matter your experience or fitness level, there is something for you!

Boreas Pass
This is our most accessible hike in the Breckenridge area. For folks looking for a great view of the Blue River Valley and the Ten-Mile Range, this hike can be modified to any length of walk and is a great hike for photography.
Mayflower Gulch
Explore the impressive west side of the Ten-Mile Range and the Boston Ghost Camp (early 1900’s) on a gentle hike in the shadow of the towering, craggy, Pacific Peak.
Spruce Creek
This popular hiking trail follows Spruce Creek to a small mountain pond and is accessible to hikers of all ages and ability levels. The hike can be extended and/or looped to fit the desires of the group.
Upper Straight Creek
Also known as “Flower Valley,” this hike winds through a lush valley that provides relatively easy access to the alpine tundra overflowing with wildflowers during the summer months.
