Description: Located in Park County between Boreas Pass (the CAG shuttle drop point) and Como, Gold Dust Trail has a little bit of everything for the black diamond rider. Fun, fast, and at times rocky, it’s definitely one of Breck’s Secret Shuttle Rides! Parking typically makes this gem of a ride tough to access. However, no out and back or parking hassles for us, we are going to shuttle it! Starting on the “Old Boreas Pass Rail Road Grade” we will head to the trail and descend toward the historical mining town of Como. This is a fun, fast, rocky-at-times, furious descent with little of everything, an old flume, pine-needle forest bed, a rock garden and high-quality single-track. Throw in some excellent views of the South Park’s terrain from the top as well as gorgeous Aspens that are full of fall color.

The Salt Lick Trail System offers intermediate routes for more novice mountain bikers. What’s really cool? A couple of hot laps via shuttle! We’ll load up the van and drive to the top of the Salt Lick and then ride plenty of rolling terrain. At the bottom we will meet our driver and do it all again. The end of the day will find us near one of our local breweries for the perfect end of ride refreshment.

Description: Frisco is surrounded on 3 sides by National Forest (75% of Summit County is public land) and it takes locals years to bike it all so you will never be bored. The Peaks trail is one of the most well-known mountain biking trails in Summit county, but it’s a good hike as well. This legendary stretch of mostly blue singletrack trail that connects Breckenridge to Frisco is a popular trail for good reasons. Explore rolling forested trails with lots of rocks, roots, climbs, and some killer downhill. The trail is cut out of pine and aspen trees, and at times will include incredible views of the surrounding mountains. This trail will be ridden with a shuttle to Breckenridge to enjoy the mostly downhill route back, which has a bit of uphill feel at the start, and is the most way Summit locals ride this legendary stretch. This is classic Summit County singletrack, from a rocky and rooty, to more flowy and speedy singletrack style of trail.
Rates: $125 per person. 3 person minimum.
Book NowUnless otherwise noted for courses there is no experience necessary. From novice to advanced, we have rides for kids, families, and climbers of all experience levels.
